I am a certified medical interpreter and ESL professional with over 18 years of experience in education and language services. I specialize in facilitating accurate, culturally competent communication in healthcare settings, including behavioral health, and improving access to essential services for diverse and underserved populations.
Currently, I work as a remote medical interpreter and ESL instructor, helping patients navigate complex healthcare systems and ensuring clear communication between patients and providers. I also support individuals in developing functional English proficiency necessary for integration, independence, and access to opportunities in the United States.
I hold a Master’s degree in Tourism and Business and have a strong foundation in cross-cultural communication. My work is focused on reducing language barriers, improving healthcare access, and contributing to the well-being and successful integration of immigrant communities in the United States.
